Console主控台的輸出，只要是非英文，都會是亂碼呈現

產生 FileStreamResult 物件的 function 如下: (目前置於 SU 之中，以便轉移)

Question :  update sql 若有簡體字. 會出現? 
Sol :   '  '   在加字串第一個的 ' (單引號)  前 加上 N  (大寫)
資料庫型態須定義為 ntext 或是 nchar , nvarchar
若定義成一般習慣前面未加 'N' 使用 Big-5 
 

由於遇到信用卡 return 的 Form 中文是用 big5 encode 狀況
而我們網站都是UTF-8， 因此 Request.Form 的中文內容會變成亂碼
因此必須設定網頁的 RequestEncoding 為 big5 
可惜 .NET 2.0 的 @Page 屬性無法設定 RequestEncoding， 只能由 web.config 下手
幸好 web.config 可以設定 locaion 為特定網頁或目錄設定屬性
設定如下(append 在根目錄 configuration 下即可):
